Text and data mining and AI
Only to the extent that Tim Möbus holds the relevant rights or is authorised by the rights holder to reserve them, use of images for text and data mining is expressly reserved under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and § 44b(3) of the German Copyright Act (UrhG). For those images, this website grants no licence for AI or machine-learning training, fine-tuning, model evaluation, or the creation of datasets for those purposes.
This reservation does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law, including qualifying scientific research under § 60d UrhG. It does not override existing licences or reserve third-party rights without authorisation.
Viewing and search discovery
Normal viewing and ordinary search-engine indexing of this website remain enabled. To the extent that Tim Möbus is entitled to grant permission, search engines may make the copies and linked thumbnails reasonably necessary to help users find this website. That limited permission does not include AI-model training or the creation of datasets for AI or machine-learning purposes and grants no additional rights in third-party material.
